Description-Park and come around to the back steps for entry. Class will start at 3:00 pm sharp! 45 minute rebounder fun! Great music and a great sweat! Helpful TIPS: Bring water, a small towel if you are a sweater and ladies wear your GOOD sports bra! Low-impact cardio exercises on mini trampolines are proven to be effective exercises to boost cardiovascular health while reducing strain on joints Exercising regularly with this trampoline trainer will help to develop and tone leg and core muscles; Exterior trampoline pad is cushioned to avoid injuries when bouncing out of control PLEASE NOTE: Anyone is welcome to attend class but please note mini trampolines (rebounder) has a weight capacityof 250lbs for safety. Although moderate physical activity is safe for most people, health experts suggest that you talk to your doctor before you start an exercise program.
