Monthly Guided Meditation with The Pause Practice

Enjoy a 45 minute guided meditation alongside calming himalayan salt with Mindfulness and Well-being Coach Tia Robinson. Learn how to release physical and mental tension by going through a sequence of breathwork, restorative movements, and mindfulness meditation all while listening to a relaxing playlist from your favorite pop, R&B, and neo-soul artist. Leave feeling chill, centered and present. Please arrive on time. Meditation cushions will be provided but feel free to bring a mat and pillow (optional). PARKING: The entrance faces Park Avenue. Free parking available to the street or in the adjacent parking deck.
