It is Spring, which means Summer is right around the corner! Want to lose inches around your waist and lift your booty? Well let's get fit with HIIT Fit training sessions. Trainer: Angela Yvonne, CPT ACE Training Method: H.I.I.T - High intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100 percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Register in advance to avoid turn backs. Limited slots available. ****LOCATION SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER CIRCUMSTANCES.   FAQs  Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes, must be 16 years of age to attend.  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is designated parking at the location.  What can I bring into the event? You should bring sneakers, a towel, high energy, water bottle, and athletic clothing.  What's the refund policy? There are no refunds; however, you may change your sesion date if an event occurs beyond your control.
