Gardening Workshop - Right Plant for the Right Place

Wednesday, May 8, 2019, 1:30 AM

Every plant has specific requirements for optimal growth. Sunlight, soil types, watering needs, temperature hardiness, and climate adaptability are factors that play a role in whether or not a plant will thrive where planted. Agent Timothy Daly, from UGA Extension Gwinnett, will discuss these factors and what needs to be taken into consideration when planting a garden.
Presented by the Gwinnett County Public Library, this workshop takes place on Tuesday, May 7 at 6:30 pm at the Collins Hill Branch, 455 Camp Perrin Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Free and open to the public. Registration is requested by emailing events@gwinnettpl.org.
For more information, please visit www.gwinnettpl.org or call 770-978-5154.
