Designing Colorful Quilt Blocks

Using precut fabric shapes and your imagination, kids ages 6-12 will design their own quilt blocks. Bring a camera of your choice so you can have a memory of your creation. All materials are supplied.  Finished quilt blocks will be kept for the next group of participants. Participants will only take home photos and memories.

Taught by Fran Fister from the East Cobb Quilters’ Guild – www.ecqg.com – in the Community Room.
Also visit the the Carol and Jim Ney Art Gallery in the Sewell Mill Library & Cultural Center during the month of May to see an exhibit of handmade quilts by the East Cobb Quilters’ Guild.
